    Booked a room literally minutes ago through trip adviser for $160 after which I realized they put the wrong date on my confirmation, I wasted no time before calling them to explain the dates were wrong. When I called to speak to the hotel manager, I was told "Sorry, but there is no cancellations" - This was minutes ago!!!!! $160 GONE! JUST LIKE THAT!! I don't even think they got the confirmation before I called explaining it was the wrong date!! Customer service weighs in huge for this review. If you do book with this place be sure you have the dates correct, because there is NO GOING BACK and once they have your money, you can kiss it good bye!! Very poor customer service.

    Clean room. Parking lot was not plowed or salt. You could have gone ice skating on it. I fell twice. Bathroom shower curtain allowed water to go everywhere. So much that the trim was damaged. "Front Desk" was all done through a phone on the desk by dialing "0". It also stated that the hotel was non smoking but you could tell that somebody either had smoked or was smoking.

    Customer service is awesome,we always stay hearvwhen we visit as a family. If itsbjust my wife and i stsying we stay in the room with the jacuzzi.amazing. breakfast isnt bad,continetal
