  When I originally purchased my fridge and stove, I did so in Chatham. The Chatham store was very helpful and made all arrangements to make our move North easier. When I started to deal with Huntsville/Bracebridge they were much less organized. I had 3 weeks at my new home with no appliances. When they were finally delivered, which the original delivery guys were Excellent, there was a dent in the fridge door. I called and 2 weeks later brought a replacement with a bigger dent. They called the store and they offered us $150 off and asked to sign that we received the offer ... in which we were not happy with ... we just wanted a dent free fridge! Later we found out that they took it as acceptance ... be careful what you sign for! THEY ARE SNEAKY! I will no longer be dealing with Leons in general if this is how they do business.

  Not helpful at all, warranty means nothing to them. After a year of owning a sealy mattress I should not have it falling apart regardless of wether or not I purchased box springs from them. I will be contacting the mattress company to see if there customer service skills are better. I have also taken it upon myself to get in contact with the BBB to inform them of this whole situation. Disappointed after spending over $1000 on a mattress I thought would last more then a year! Thank you Leons never again will you have my business.

  In urgent need of a fridge at the cottage when our old one suddenly died, we visited Leon's. The service was excellent and with Christine Stewart's help we selected the model we wanted. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and although not in stock, she kept us informed about delivery even when we returned to the city. On the day of expected delivery she gave us an almost exact time when the truck would be at our address. This was the best service we have ever received from any department store in a very long time. Certainly would recommend Leon's to anyone. Thank you Christine.
